Prof. Bing Wang, Shandong University, China
Dr. Bing Wang is a professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University. He is the winner of the Young Talent Project of China Association for Science and Technology, Young Taishan Scholar, Outstanding Youth Fund of Shandong Province, and Qilu Young Scholar. He was once postdoctoral research fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology and Joint-training Ph.D. student at Michigan State University. Prof. Wang currently serves as deputy secretary-general of the Indexable Tool Committee of China Metal Cutting Tool Engineering Association, member of the Intelligent Factory Committee of Chinese Graphics Society, member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and senior member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering. He also serves as the editorial board member of Ann Eng and Diam Abra Eng, guest editor of SCI international journals of Metals and J Manuf Mater Process. His research interests include high-quality and efficient machining, advanced cutting tool technology, material dynamic properties, and anti-fatigue manufacturing. He has published over 70 SCI papers and been granted 35 invention patents, and won the Hiwin Excellent Mechanical Doctoral Dissertation Award, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Shandong Province, and the Youth Innovation Team of Shandong Province.
王兵，山东大学机械工程学院教授、博士生导师，中国科协青年人才托举工程获得者、泰山学者青年专家、山东省优青、山东大学齐鲁青年学者，美国佐治亚理工学院博士后、密歇根州立大学联合培养博士，兼任中国机械工业金属切削刀具技术协会可转位刀具专委会副秘书长、中国图学学会智能工厂专委会委员、美国机械工程师学会（ASME）会员、中国机械工程学会高级会员和中国航空学会会员，担任Ann Eng和《金刚石与磨料磨具工程》期刊编委、SCI国际期刊Metals和J Manuf Mater Process客座编辑。主要从事难加工材料高质高效切削加工、先进刀具技术、材料动态性能和抗疲劳制造等方面研究，主持国家和省部级项目15项，发表SCI论文70篇，授权发明专利35项，获上银优秀机械博士论文奖和山东省优秀博士学位论文，入选国家博士后国际交流计划派出项目和山东省高等学校青年科技创新团队。
