Dr. Ge Wenjie, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Northwestern Polytechnical University. The leader of the National Engineering Machinery Basic Course Teaching Base of Northwestern Polytechnical University, the National Teaching Team of Mechanical Basic Course and the National Excellent Course of Mechanical Principles. The first batch of famous teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province and the third national outstanding teacher in ordinary colleges and universities. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of mechanical design and theory, mechanical design manufacturing and automation. His research interests include mechanics and robotics, mechanical dynamics and bionic robotics. He has presided over 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of the National "863" Plan, 3 projects of the Ministry of Education's doctoral program, and undertaken major national projects and national special project of aero engine & gas turbine. He presided over more than 10 national-level teaching reform projects such as the National Teaching Base and the National Course Teaching Team of Mechanical Fundamentals. The mechanical principle course he is in charge of has been awarded the honors of National Excellent Course, National Excellent Online Education Course, National Resource Sharing Course, Excellent Online Open Course, Online First-Class Course and Online-Offline Mixed First-class Course. The national key planning textbook "Mechanical Principles" edited by him during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" to "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" was awarded the first prize of the first national excellent teaching material and an advanced individual in teaching material construction. He has won 1 second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, 2 second prizes of National Teaching Achievement Award, 3 provincial teaching achievement special prizes and 2 second prizes. He has won Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award and special prize, former National Defense Award Honorary awards such as "Outstanding Teachers" in colleges and universities under the Committee of Science and Technology and "Outstanding Teachers" in Shaanxi Province Colleges and Universities and Model Teachers, and enjoy special government allowances from the State Council.

葛文杰,博士,西北工业大学机电学院教授,博士生导师。西北工业大学国家工科机械基础课程教学基地负责人,机械基础课程国家教学团队负责人,机械原理国家精品课程负责人,首批陕西省普通高等学校教学名师,第三届普通高等学校国家级教学名师。主要从事机械设计及理论学科和机械设计制造及自动化专业教学与科研工作。研究方向为机构学与机器人机构学、机械动力学及仿生机器人技术等。先后主持国家自然基金项目4项,国家“863”计划项目2项,教育部博士点基金项目3项,并承担国家重大研发项目和两机专项等项目;主持国家教学基地、机械基础国家级课程教学团队等国家级教改项10余项,负责的机械原理课程获评国家精品课程、网络教育国家精品课、国家资源共享课和精品在线开放课程、线上一流课程及线上下混合一流课程荣誉,主编“十五”至“十二五”国家重点规划教材《机械原理》,获评首届全国优秀教材一等奖和教材建设先进个人,曾获教育部科技进步二等奖1项,国家教学成果二等奖2项,省级教学成果特等奖3项、二等奖2项,获宝钢优秀教师奖和特等奖、原国防科工委委属高校“优秀教师”和陕西省高校“优秀教师”和师德楷模等荣誉奖,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
