Prof. Dr. YANG Shuming is from School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), Xi’an, China. His research areas include micro-/nano-fabrication and measurement, optical technology and instrumentation, ultra-precision manufacturing etc. He has held more than 20 research projects including National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, National Key R&D Program of China, National Science and Technology Major Projects etc. He has published more than 170 academic papers and owned 90 patents of PCT, UK, European and China. He achieved the first class of Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education, the first class of Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award of China, the first class of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award, the first class of Science and Technology Progress Award from the Chinese Society for measurement (CSM) etc. He was elected as a fellow of the International Society for Nanomanufacturing (ISNM) etc. He is also an editor or a guest editor of JMS, IJPEM-GT, IJRAT, NMME, MST, PE, IJAMT, Photonics etc. He delivered keynote and invited talks in academic conferences for more than 50 times.

杨树明，西安交通大学教授，博士生导师，国际纳米制造学会（ISNM）会士、国家杰 出青年基金获得者、国家重点研发计划项目首席、教育部新世纪优秀人才、陕西省重点科技创新 团队带头人等。承担国家及省部级重大重点项目 20 余项，发表学术论文 170 多篇；授权/公开国 际国内发明专利 90 多件，获省部级和国家行业学会等科技奖励 7 项。研究成果入选中国科协首届 “科创中国”先导技术榜单，担任中国科协首届“科创中国”半导体芯片检测技术创新基地负责人。 被遴选为亚洲精密工程与纳米技术学会（ASPEN）理事、中国计量测试学会常务理事等。在国际 国内学术会议应邀做大会报告和特邀报告 50 余次，担任 JMS、IJPEM-GT、IJRAT、NMME、MST、 PE、IJAMT、Photonics 等国际期刊编委和客座编委以及多个国内期刊责任编委和编委等。
