Jingyou Hu has a Ph.D. in Engineering from China Agricultural University and an M.A. in Economics from HarperAdams University, UK. Professor, Ph.D. He has been the Executive President and Director of the Beijing Construction University Campus, a subsidiary of China Agricultural University, since August 2006 (at the rank of Director). He has served as Deputy Director of the Industrial Division of China Agricultural University, Director of the National University Science and Technology Park and the Study Abroad Venture Park, Director of the Beijing Urban Agricultural Technology Transfer Center, Chairman of the Incubator Company, and Vice Chairman of the University's holding company. 2000-2002 Vice Governor of Science and Technology of Ping Yi County, Shandong Province. He is a member of the school's research and administrative double-shoulder talent, and his research scope involves a wide range of industry-university-research cooperation and industrial integration, and his basic research specializes in areas such as agricultural engineering and industrial systems. He is an expert of Beijing Agricultural Industry System, and has presided over 20 national and local research projects, 30 industrialization projects, and 3 international cooperation projects. He has published more than 30 SCI and EI retrieved papers and core journal papers. He has published 2 translations and 2 theses. 3 software copyrights. He has received many awards such as the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education. Project expert of Ministry of Science and Technology, Beijing and Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and other ministries, industrial and investment advisor of relevant local governments and enterprises. Member of International Experts Association, Member of China Agricultural Machinery Association.

胡金有，中国农业大学工学博士，英国HarperAdams大学经济学硕士。教授，博士生导师。2006年8月起任中国农业大学所属北京建设大学校区执行校长、董事（正处长级）。历任中国农业大学产业处副处长，国家大学科技园和留学创业园主任，北京市都市农业技术转移中心主任，孵化器公司董事长，学校控股上市公司副董事长等。2000—2002年山东平邑县科技副县长。属学校科研行政双肩挑人才，研究范围涉猎广泛，产学研合作及产业集成，基础研究专业领域为农业工程和产业体系等。北京市农业产业体系岗位专家，主持承担国家及地方科研项目20余项，产业化项目30余项，国际合作项目3项。发表SCI及EI检索论文、核心期刊论文30余篇。译著2部，论著2部。软件著作权3个。获教育部科技进步二等奖等奖励多项。科技部、北京市及中关村科技园区等部委项目专家，有关地方政府及企业的产业和投资顾问。国际专家协会会员，中国农业机械协会会员。
