In 1998, he graduated from Jilin University of Technology, majoring in automobile design and manufacturing and received a doctor degree in engineering. He is currently a Professor and Ph. D. Supervisor in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The main research area is non-pneumatic (electric) wheel, man-machine co-driving. Chair of the Explore Research Project of the General Armament Department, the Advance Research Special Technology Project of Army Equipment, 863 sub-project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and some other projects more than 39. Two national defense patents and 41 national invention patents were authorized. The scientific research results “Objective evaluation and optimization design of the active safety of human-vehicle closed-loop system” won the first prize of science and technology progress of Shandong Institute of technology in 2000, the scientific research results "Mechanical elastic non-pneumatic wheel" was selected into the Ministry of Industry and information technology "Military technology to civilian promotion catalogue (2018)", the scientific research results "High-mobility explosion-proof mechanical elastic safety wheel technology" won the 2019 National Defense Technology Invention Second Prize; The monograph " Theory and Method for Non-pneumatic Mechanical Elastic Safety Wheel " was supported by the 2019 National Science and Technology Academic Book Publishing Fund.

1998年毕业于吉林工业大学汽车设计制造专业并获得工学博士学位;现任南京航空航天大学二级教授、博士生导师;主要研究方向为非充气(电动)车轮、人机共驾;主持总装“探索”、陆装预研、“863”计划子课题、国家自然科学基金等纵向课题和企业横向课题39项;授权国防专利2件、国家发明专利41件;成果“人-车闭环系统主动安全性的客观评价与优化设计”获2000年度山东工程学院科技进步一等奖(第一完成人),成果“机械弹性防爆车轮”入选工信部《军用技术转民用推广目录(2018年度)》,成果“高机动防爆非充气弹性安全车轮技术”获2019年度国防技术发明二等奖(第一完成人);专著《非充气机械弹性安全车轮理论与方法》获2019年度国家科学技术学术著作出版基金资助(唯一完成人)。
