赵小惠，教授，西安工程大学（机电工程学院院长）

She graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from the School of Management, the state-sponsored visiting scholar at the University of Cincinnati in the United States of America, a visiting scholar at Yamagata University in Japan, and training in innovation ability at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has been the deputy dean of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for 10 years, the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office for 5 years, and the director of the Engineering Training Center for 1 year, and now she is the dean of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, professor of the Department of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, master's degree tutor, famous teacher of Shaanxi Province, the leader of the provincial-level teaching team, the director of the China Mechanical Industry Excellence Engineers' Education Alliance, the member of the Teaching Guidance Committee of Management Science and Engineering Management of Higher Education Institutions in Shaanxi Province, the Chinese Senior Member of Mechanical Engineering Society, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Society of Industrial Engineering and Management, Deputy Secretary General of Shaanxi Society of Logistics, Member of Academic Committee of Xi'an Engineering University, Editorial Committee of Journal of Xi'an Engineering University.

西安交通大学管理学院管理科学与工程(工业工程)博士毕业，国家公派美国辛辛那提大学访问学者，日本山形大学访问学者，香港理工大学创新能力培训。曾任机电工程学院副院长10年、教务处副处长5年、工程训练中心主任1年，现为机电工程学院院长，智能制造工程系教授，硕士生导师，陕西省教学名师，省级教学团队带头人，中国机械行业卓越工程师教育联盟理事，陕西省高等学校管理科学与工程管理类教学指导委员会委员，中国机械工程学会高级会员、陕西省工业工程与管理学会副理事长、陕西省物流学会副秘书长、西安工程大学学术委员会委员、《西安工程大学学报》编委。
