Prof. Qinhe Zhang, Shandong University, China

张勤河 教授，山东大学

His research interests includes Non-traditional Machining and Machine Tool, Mechanical Design and Digital Simulation, Advanced Medical Devices and Medical Robotics Technology. He has served as a principal investigator and co-investigator of 50 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Ministry of Education of China, Shandong Province, and some state-owned factories. Some of his research results have been adopted by several companies and enterprises. He has published over 160 papers in internationally and domestically recognized journals. He was honored with The 2nd Class Award for Advancement in Science and Technology four times (1995, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2011) by the Government of Shandong Province, China, and The 2nd Class Award of Advancement in Science and Technology (in 2001) by the Educational Commission of Shandong Province, China. In September, 1999, he was appointed as an associate professor of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China. In September, 2003, he was appointed as a professor of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China. He ever worked as a research associate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong form Feb. 2004 to Sep. 2004, and worked as a postdoctoral research scholar in Michigan University from Oct. 2007 to Aug. 2009. and worked as a Research Scholar at New Jersey Advanced Manufacturing Institute (NJAMI) from Dec. 2019 to Jun. 2021. In 2007, he was selected as New Century Excellent Talents in University.

长期致力于非传统加工技术与装备、产品数字化设计制造与虚拟样机技术、先进医疗器械与医疗机器人技术研究，主持过50多项国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项、国家教育部、国家留学基金委、山东省科技厅和山东省教育厅资助项目；作为第1研究人员获山东省科技进步二等奖1项，获山东省科技进步三等奖1项，获山东省机械工业协会科技进步二等奖1项；作为主要研究人员获国家科技进步二等奖1项，获山东省技术发明二等奖1项，获山东省科技进步二等奖3项，获山东省教委科技进步二等奖1项；先后在国内外学术期刊上发表论文160余篇，其中被SCI、EI收录80余篇。2004.02~2004.11应邀到香港中文大学自动化与计算机辅助工程系合作研究；2007.10-2009.09在美国密西根大学吴贤铭制造技术研究中心进行为期2年的博士后研究工作。2019.12~2021.06到罗格斯大学2007年入选国家教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”。
