唐昀青 教授，山东大学

Yunqing Tang, Ph.D. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in Shandong University in the School of Mechanical Engineering. He is Taishan Young Talents and Distinguished Overseas Young Talents of Shandong Province, and Qilu Young School Shandong University. He received his bachelor and Ph.D. degrees respectively in China University of Mining and Technology in 2012 and Jiangsu University in 2017, then worked in University of Alberta as a post-doctoral fellow, and joined in Shandong University in 2023. His main research areas are wear and friction, design of structural materials, reliability of electronic packaging, and micro-/nanoscale heat transfer. He has published more than 60 journal papers, including 1 published in a Science family journal and 2 published in Cell family journals. He has 8 authorized patents and 1 PCT patent application. He is also a member of editorial board of Tungsten, Metals and Nanomaterials, and a reviewer for many journals such as Wear, STAR Protoc. and Langmuir.

唐昀青，博士，山东大学机械工程学院教授，博士生导师，山东省泰山学者青年专家，山东省优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)获得者，山东大学齐鲁青年学者。分别于2012年和2017年于中国矿业大学和江苏大学获得工程力学学士学位和机械工程博士学位，2018年前往加拿大阿尔伯塔大学从事博士后研究工作，2023年加入山东大学。主要研究领域包括摩擦磨损，结构材料设计，电子封装可靠性，微纳尺度传热等。发表SCI/EI论文60余篇（包含第一作者Science子刊1篇，Cell子刊2篇），授权国家发明专利8项，申请PCT专利1项。担任Tungsten青年编委，Front. Chem.、Metals、Nanomaterials等期刊客座编辑，Wear、STAR Protoc.、Langmuir等期刊审稿人。
