Prof. Xiaodong Xu, Central South University, China

徐晓东 教授，中南大学

Xiaodong Xu (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in process control from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in process control from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada, in 2017. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Automation, Central South University, Changsha, China, and a Visiting Scholar with the University of Alberta. His research involved robust/optimal control and fault estimation of infinite-dimensional systems including energy systems.

2010年在北京理工大学取得自动控制专业学士学位，2017年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学取得过程控制专业博士学位。2017年8月至2018年8月，在阿尔伯塔大学化工与材料学院从事博士后研究工作，研究石油钻探过程中电磁场探头定位问题。2018年9月至2020年9月，在美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校，从事博士后研究工作，研究现代工业过程，流程工业系统的模型失配在线智能检测与估计问题。 从事智能制造技术及工业应用研究。主要研究方向包括：基于智能学习的分布参数系统协同信息感知、状态估计、故障检测与估计; 基于数据驱动强化学习的系统模型不确定性估计; 基于模糊逻辑系统、深度神经网络的工业系统自适应学习建模。近5年在《Automatica》、《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、IEEE Transactions汇刊上发表学术论文39篇。
